We (Virtually.Stacey) are committed to protecting your privacy and respect your private information. Virtually.Stacey will only release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or protect the rights, property or safety of Virtually.Stacey and our visitors.  
 
Virtually.Stacey collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a service. We do this via our online Book a discovery call with me or Market Research Call form. Other essential data we may collect will be at the start of our working relationship together and this information will be collected through a third party CRM system known as Dubsado. Other data we collect is from our website contact forms.

MARKETING

Virtually.Stacey will only collect information necessary to help us maintain and improve our website and services. We (Virtually.Stacey) may also use the information to provide you with special offers, features and news updates from time to time. You may opt out of these services at any point by emailing the Company.
 
If you have utilised services through Virtually.Stacey and checked the box to receives further communications, you may from time to time receive marketing emails from us about our services. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. An option will be given to unsubscribe at the footer of every email marketing we send. Alternatively contact Virtually.Stacey and we will remove you from our list.

Virtually.Stacey, will, as required, share none specific information with partner organisations that support Virtually.Stacey, for the operation, maintenance and development of our web, services and social media presence. All partners are required by law to abide by the Data Protection Act and as such Virtually.Stacey does not accept any liability for maladministration or malpractice by third parties.
