Hi there, I'm Stacey!

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to visit my website. Let me introduce myself. 

My name is Stacey (suprise!) and I am a Virtual Assistant who provides Virtual Assistant services to anyone with any business model. I have a particular passion for assisting neurodiverse clients, particularly those with ADHD. 

My background:

I left a career in the Facilities Management sector at the end of 2022. I started as a Project Coordinator for a United States Air Force American Base in 2017 assisting in completing works outside of the Facilities Maintenance contractual scope. In October 2020 I progressed into an Operations Management role. This role required me to plan, schedule, arrange access and review health and safety paperwork for up to 1800 tasks per month.

Due to relocation and suffering with my mental health I resigned from my position and decided to try and pursue a dream I saw on TikTok - to become a Virtual Assistant! So on the 27th January 2023, Virtually.Stacey was born! 

My Virtual Assistant business:

Virtually.Stacey was launched because of my genuine passion for helping and supporting people. Having had a successful career as an Operations Manager, I knew I wasn’t happy. Money isn’t everything and I wanted to create a business that aligned with my own values of collaboration over competition. A business whereby I could use my skills to help others achieve their business goals and succeed, basically being a personal cheerleader!

Since starting I have been working tirelessly on my business as a brand and identity, learning new things each day. Starting a new business during the cost of living crisis was probably not my best idea though!

However, I have always been someone who is determined when I get an idea in my head. I am very lucky to have a brilliant support system around me who give me nothing but encouragement to do what makes me happy...and for me, being a Virtual Assistant is that.

Rest assured though, my business will never be about selling you my services. My mindset is all about delivering on my services. The services I offer, I offer because I know I can do them well and succeed and often exceed client expectations. There really is no smoke and mirrors in what I do, I do it because I love it and I am good at it.

A Virtual Assistant is someone who provides professional administrative, technical or creative assistance to clients remotely, usually from a home office.

I can offer services to anyone, with any business model. I have had clients from a variety of professions including;

I specialise in working with neurodiverse clients and have multiple clients with ADHD!

I cover anywhere in the world! The sky is the limit for me!

My current standard rate is £35 (GBP) an hour and I offer fixed or fully customisable packages.

Yes I am insured through Policybee and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office 

If the hours for your requirements can be varied and unknown at times, there is an option for that. I use a programme called Clockify

To summarise, I use this app to track my work hours in real-time, so you know exactly what I have been on working on and when! 

If you don't have your own password manager that you can add me as a team member too, then don't worry! I use a programmed called LastPass.

LastPass is free or there is a paid version. It enables you to share passwords without me seeing them. 


I am self-employed meaning if I am not working, then I am not earning.

Onboarded Client calls no matter what our agreement is, are always chargeable and go against our agreed hours. 

That being said, I LOVE having conversations with clients!


As a Virtual Assistant I am here to support you, however that may be. 

No clients are ever supported in exactly the same way, and I aim to ensure that the way you need to be supported is catered for!

Well, besides my bright hair! I possess a certified Microsoft Office Master qualification, a Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification and and a Distinction graded Level 4 in Project Management.

I also have background experience in Operations Management, Project Management and Facilities Maintenance.

This means I have the skills, knowledge and experience to back up what I have on paper. I truly can take your vision make it possible!
